In-Office Initial Assessments Enjoy a personal, face-to-face evaluation up to 60 minutes with Eric Wooten, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC, who will listen to your story, assess your symptoms, and develop a personalized treatment plan.
Telehealth Initial Assessments Receive the same detailed 60-minute evaluation via secure video conferencing, offering high-quality care from the comfort of your home.

Follow-up Medication Management
At Palmetto Behavioral Care, our follow-up medication management services ensure you receive ongoing support and adjustments to your treatment plan. During these sessions of up to 30-minutes, Eric Wooten, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC, will monitor your progress, address any concerns, and make necessary adjustments to your medications. Whether in-office or via telehealth, our goal is to optimize your treatment for sustained mental well-being.
